In our store, you do not have to worry about the size you choose not to fit or in any other way will not meet your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our shop with free returns, InPost you buy without stress and fear that the return of purchased goods will be the way through the torment.
In accordance with the applicable law, you have 30 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 30 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, which gives you the opportunity to send us a return parcel with InPost.

Details of the return steps:

Log in to your account, and then in the returns panel, select the goods you would like to return;

In the next steps, select a return by clicking on the “I use the store’s shipments” and choosing the form in which you want to receive the money returned;

Generate return documents along with address labels, then print them and necessarily sign the return document;

Insert the packaged goods along with the return document to the cardboard intended for shipment and seal it well. You can use the carton in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost parcel locker, where you will pass the shipment quickly and conveniently, 24h/7. Remember that the dimensions of the package must not exceed 41 X 38 X 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg.

We will make the refund in the form chosen in the return wizard within 30 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, this usually takes less. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you have provided proof of its return.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
